For Maidstone Virtual Assistant clients who work with the pay as you go hourly services, time is charged in 15 minute increments, with a minimum, initial time of 1 hour. For clients on one of Maidstone Virtual Assistant’s “time bundle” pre-payment packages, I calculate worked time using Paymo time tracking software. This means that I never use a minute of your pre-paid time without it being calculated. You will receive a copy of your previous month’s Paymo timesheet with your following month’s invoice.
Maidstone Virtual Assistant “time bundle” pre-payment packages: For clients taking advantage of one
of the discounted “time bundle” pre-payment packages, invoices are sent out upon confirmation of the first required package and then 14 days before the beginning of each month and are to be paid
in advance of the beginning of each month to ensure the continuation of services. Any additional charges each month will be shown on your following month’s invoice and can be paid as a one-off
BACS transfer by the 1st of the month.
Pay as you go services: For clients paying for ad hoc or individual projects, invoices are sent out on a weekly basis and must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. For first time clients using the pay as you go hourly service, a 50% deposit will be required up front for your first project/set of tasks.
Payment can be made via BACS transfer, cheque (made payable to Maidstone Virtual Assistant) or cash. Should you wish to pay by credit or debit card then this can be done via PayPal, please request more details when booking your work.
