How does it work and how do we get the work to you?

You send me the work that needs completing in the most convenient way for your business (e-mail, post etc.). The work will then be completed according to your criteria and schedule and returned in the most appropriate method. Where necessary, work will be sent for approval prior to final presentation.

My schedule is extremely tight – can you meet the deadline?

I will never undertake work which cannot be completed within the required timescales.

How will the work be presented?

If you already have a clear corporate/business image I will prepare all documentation in line with this criteria. Alternatively I can make a suggestion for your approval.

Do we need to supply you with any equipment?

In most instances the answer is no. The office is equipped fully with modern technology.  All you need to do is send the work.  If you have a specific software that relates to the project (i.e InfusionSoft) then you would need to enable administrator access and provide the relevant log in details.

Does Maidstone Virtual Assistant keep copies of the tasks they carry out?

Unless otherwise pre-arranged between Maidstone Virtual Assistant and the client, I will keep copies of all work undertaken for a period of 6 months, whilst still working with the client. If for any reason the contract is terminated between Maidstone Virtual Assistant and the client, all copies of the work are returned to the client and removed from my database.

Do I have to sign a contract?

I ask that all clients sign a copy of the Terms & Conditions to indicate their acceptance of the terms. Additionally, all booking forms detailing the work to be undertaken must be signed and agreed by both parties.
