I operate from 9am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday.
I understand that there are certain occasions when there is a need for work to be carried out outside of ‘normal’ office hours (evenings and weekends). I will provide services outside of my standard hours, if pre-arranged, for certain circumstances. Work of this nature will incur charges of 1.5x the normal rates (for those on pre-paid packages, these extra charges will be billed separately the following month).
I can be contacted during normal working hours (9am-5.00pm) but equally, e-mails and phone messages will be picked up outside of these times. Please bear in mind that when carrying out certain tasks for clients, it may not be practical to speak on the phone immediately - I like to ensure that each clients work receives my full attention. During such circumstances, please leave a message and I will return your call as soon as possible.
